Women’s Health Pilates
Location: Essential Dance Studio
Time: Mondays at 12:15pm & Thursdays at 12:15pm

Antenatal Yoga
Yoga is an excellent option for exercise during pregnancy. It supports mental health, allows you to keep moving, stay strong and and keep on the healthy side of pregnancy. Antenatal yoga has also been shown to help with natural birthing.
