Fiona Cuddon-Large
Physiotherapist BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSPFiona Cuddon-Large, originally from Carlisle in the north of England, graduated from York St John University in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. She began her career within the NHS in East Riding and Lincolnshire, and after three years working across acute and outpatient rotations at Scunthorpe General Hospital and Goole and District Hospital, she progressed to a senior role specialising in stroke rehabilitation and orthopaedics, while also providing respiratory and ICU on-call services.
A keen traveller, Fiona relocated to the UAE in 2013, joining a specialist spinal and neuro-rehabilitation hospital in Dubai. Fiona relocated to Bermuda in 2015 where she spent ten years working alongside the island’s leading orthopaedic surgeons and private MSK clinics, as well as supporting national sports teams across football, hockey, rugby and squash.
Fiona’s experience across diverse clinical environments has enabled her to develop a broad and adaptable skill set, along with a holistic approach to patient care, focused on wellbeing and functional recovery. She also incorporates functional dry needling into her clinical practice, using it alongside evidence-based techniques to optimise patient outcomes.
Having recently moved to Jersey, Fiona, an active sportswoman and keen hockey player, is looking forward to becoming an engaged and consistent part of the island’s sporting community.
