🎾Copenhagens level 2: 5 repetitions on each side
🎾Overhead hurdle walkovers: 30 secs
🎾Diagonal walking lunges: 10 lunges
🎾Wall knee drives: 30 secs
🎾Rebounding calf raises off step: 10 repetitions
